Your prospective customers are seniors or people that don't drive who need someone to take them to appointments, shopping and other destinations.

2. Delivery / Courier service

Many restaurants don't offer delivery service. However some customers prefer to eat restaurant food at home. This your opportunity to make some money. First you have to find restaurants in your area that don't offer delivery service. Then you should visit them or give them a call and offer to deliver for them. You can charge for your services on hourly or strictly commission / fee basis.

Also some small businesses need someone to deliver things like products, documents, parts and so on. They can't afford a full time courier, but would be willing to pay someone per delivery.

3. Local Tour Guide

If you live near the place that has many interesting or historical attractions such as museums, monuments, scenic parks, famous theaters, you can start your own tour service.

One important precondition is that you must know your area attractions well. It's not enough just to drive people to a monument or famous street. One has to know detailed history of the place, local stories and anecdotes. Your tours must be interesting and well planned.

4. Car ads
